 Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?

USA:

Orders in the 50 states and US territories ship for free!  

International:

International orders over $450 ship for free! 

Customers outside the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches its destination.  Le Mireille Marche has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any international import duties.  Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer.  If a shipment from Le Mireille Marche, is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package.  


How will my order ship?

USA:

Orders in the 50 states and US territories ship via the United States Postal Service priority mail (1-5 days*), UPS Ground, or Fedex 2 day.


International:

Orders ship internationally using USPS priority mail or Fedex International Economy depending on your location.  


When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

Both domestic and International orders ship from our company the next business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email after a web purchase is made, which can also be used to track the order.  Le Mireille Marche is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


USA:

Orders typically arrive 2-6 business days after shipping.  Customers can track their order using the tracking info from their email purchase confirmation.


International

Orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days depending on location.  Customers can track their order using the tracking info from their email purchase confirmation

Returns & Exchanges

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

We will accept returns and exchanges within two weeks of when our customer receives the item.  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still on.  Clothing received that is clearly worn/washed or missing tags will be returned and no refund will be issued.  In some cases the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, (please read below for further details on shipping charges)


What are the shipping charges for a size exchange?

We want our customers to love our clothes as much as we do and we know that many clothing brands fit differently.  For that reason, we offer free shipping on only size exchanges. If a customer orders a size that is too small or too big, don’t worry, we will take back the incorrect size and send you the correct size free of charge.

What are the shipping charges if I want to return an item?

We will accept returns provided they meet the criteria listed above, in that instance   our customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
